HDE focuses the training on business operations, the staffs are trained and followed up until they are fluent in MYOB with all business activities.. The training includes:

• Two-day training session: includes all basic MYOB accounting knowledge. The session aims to demonstrate all functionalities to end users.
• One-week intensive support: when the customer’s staffs start working on MYOB, HDE provides one-week intensive support. HDE's support team will remotely access the client's computer to assist MYOB's issues.
• Two-month support: HDE still support the customer's staffs even after they get used to MYOB. Two-month support after training is available to ensure that the customer business runs correctly with MYOB.
