MYOB Training:
HDE focuses the training on business operations, the staffs are trained and followed up until they are fluent in MYOB with all business activities.. The training includes:
- Two-day training session: includes all basic MYOB accounting knowledge. The session aims to demonstrate all functionalities to end users.
- One-week intensive support: when the customer’s staffs start working on MYOB, HDE provides one-week intensive support. HDE's support team will remotely access the client's computer to assist MYOB's issues.
- Two-month support: HDE still support the customer's staffs even after they get used to MYOB. Two-month support after training is available to ensure that the customer business runs correctly with MYOB.
MYOB Datafile Set up:
This service helps customers ready to use MYOB in their business at the first time. HDE will set up the chart of accounts, list of inventory items, opening balance of accounts and double check all MYOB configuration and accounting matters. In addition, this service includes consulting Vietnamese chart of accounts setup in MYOB to run Vietnamese tax reports and applications.
MYOB Annual Support:
One of customer's worries is how to solve issues when they are using MYOB. The problem may be MYOB functions or accounting standards or tax legal. With MYOB annual support service, HDE professional staffs assist the customer's accountants in any matters regarding MYOB. The customers can talk our support team by phone or Skype and get the online support through the Team Viewer. Of course, on-site support is also provided if necessary.
Report Development:
HDE holds MYOB Certificated Professional Developers license which allows HDE to develop MYOB add-on solutions. We provided various solutions to our clients:
- Report customisation: Reports like MYOB Job comparison, MYOB Slow stock movement, MYOB Weekly sales are not available in original MYOB. These reports take accountants hours every month to report manually in Excel. A ready-to-go set of such reports developed by HDE will help the accountant to save time and quickly to have results in several minutes.
- Consolidating MYOB Profit and Loss or MYOB Balance Sheet of multiple companies, consolidating data from different sources like accounts, spreadsheets, CRM or MS Access applications.
